Aimed at empowering scale-ups with Technology Readiness Level  7 or higher, this programme was dedicated to fostering rapid postwar reconstruction and economic revitalization in Ukraine through cutting-edge technological solutions.

It extended its non-financial support through matchmaking, Market Fast Track programme, Digital and Deep Tech Booster (3-month acceleration & mentorship programme), Funding Lab (proposal writing bootcamps and pitch trainings to increase access to funding), Finance Booster (a 4-week investment readiness programme), Deep Tech Accelerator and access to a robust network of investors and accelerators.
