Aimed at empowering scale-ups with Technology Readiness Level 7 or higher, this programme is dedicated to fostering rapid postwar reconstruction and economic revitalization in Ukraine through cutting-edge technological solutions.

It extends its non-financial support through matchmaking, Market Fast Track programme, Digital and Deep Tech Booster (3-month acceleration & mentorship programme), Funding Lab (proposal writing bootcamps and pitch trainings to increase access to funding), Finance Booster (a 4-week investment readiness programme), Deep Tech Accelerator and access to a robust network of investors and accelerators.

The nearest cut-off date for the applications is 25 November 2024, 17:00, Brussels Time.

Who can apply?

We are looking for Ukrainian innovative tech companies, (startups and scale ups) developing innovative solutions services or products.

Companies must:

be registered in Ukraine, or
be relocated from Ukraine to one of the Member States of the European Union and its Overseas Countries and Territories (OCT) or Horizon Europe Associated Countries after 24.02.2022, or
be registered in one of the Member States of the European Union and its Overseas Countries and Territories (OCT) or Horizon Europe Associated Countries after 24.02.2022 and
have at least one founder or co-founder working full time for the company and
have at least one founder or co-founder, or top manager (CEO, CTO, COO or equivalent key position) holding Ukrainian citizenship

* companies registered in or relocated to the United Kingdom after 01.01.2024 are eligible.

To qualify for funding, projects must solely focus on civil applications, without any intent for military use or serving military purposes.

To be eligible, ensure that your project has a European dimension, showing the capacity to increase the footprint of Ukrainian startups in the European Innovation Ecosystem and their future participation in EIC calls.
