This programme provides innovative tech SMEs, including startups and scale-ups, with an opportunity to purchase business and innovation services, such as: business consultancy services to upgrade business model, business plan, or growth strategy, IPR and patent analysis, user experience pilots, demand testing or piloting, market analysis/validation, internationalization services (including participation in conferences, fairs and missions), portfolio management services and investor relations, and planning and digital tools for (equity) crowdfunding campaigns.

Apart from financial support, beneficiaries can also join investors and accelerator communities both in Ukraine and in the EU, access matchmaking activities, and the opportunity to receive free access to co-working spaces as well as tickets to attend international tech conferences, trade fairs and events.

The nearest cut-off date for the applications is 21 October 2024, 17:00, Brussels Time.

Who can apply?

We are looking for Ukrainian innovative tech companies, (startups and scale ups) developing innovative solutions services or products.

Companies must:

be registered in Ukraine, or
be relocated from Ukraine to one of the Member States of the European Union and its Overseas Countries and Territories (OCT) or Horizon Europe Associated Countries after 24.02.2022, or
be registered in one of the Member States of the European Union and its Overseas Countries and Territories (OCT) or Horizon Europe Associated Countries after 24.02.2022 and
have at least one founder or co-founder working full time for the company and
have at least one founder or co-founder, or top manager (CEO, CTO, COO or equivalent key position) holding Ukrainian citizenship

* companies registered in or relocated to the United Kingdom after 01.01.2024 are eligible.

To qualify for funding, projects must solely focus on civil applications, without any intent for military use or serving military purposes.

To be eligible, ensure that your project has a European dimension, showing the capacity to increase the footprint of Ukrainian startups in the European Innovation Ecosystem and their future participation in EIC calls.
