This programme is a groundbreaking opportunity for innovative tech startups &  SMEs with Technology Readiness Level 7 or higher who are looking to facilitate rapid market reach and expansion.

Non-financial services include the possibility to receive tech tickets to access co-working spaces and relevant conferences and events worldwide, access to investors and accelerators, Market and Legal Lab (legal services for startups entering EU or global markets), Deep Tech Accelerator, Finance Booster, Funding Lab, matchmaking with global tech communities, and a range of specialized labs and programmes (such as Digital and Deep Tech Booster and specialized coaching for female entrepreneurs).

The nearest cut-off date for the applications is 25 November 2024, 17:00, Brussels Time.

Who can apply?

We are looking for Ukrainian innovative tech companies, (startups and scale ups) developing innovative solutions services or products.

Companies must:
  • be registered in Ukraine, or
  • be relocated from Ukraine to one of the Member States of the European Union and its Overseas Countries and Territories (OCT) or Horizon Europe Associated Countries after 24.02.2022, or
  • be registered in one of the Member States of the European Union and its Overseas Countries and Territories (OCT) or Horizon Europe Associated Countries after 24.02.2022 and
  • have at least one founder or co-founder working full time for the company and
  • have at least one founder or co-founder, or top manager (CEO, CTO, COO or equivalent key position) holding Ukrainian citizenship

* companies registered in or relocated to the United Kingdom after 01.01.2024 are eligible.

To qualify for funding, projects must solely focus on civil applications, without any intent for military use or serving military purposes.
To be eligible, ensure that your project has a European dimension, showing the capacity to increase the footprint of Ukrainian startups in the European Innovation Ecosystem and their future participation in EIC calls.
