I’m Vanessa — a Regenerative Business Designer based in Germany and collaborating globally. I support cities, companies, and startups in navigating the shift from linear to circular and regenerative business models, helping them thrive in the emerging future economy.

I guide startups through business model design, validation and customer insights, partnership development, and go-to-market stages. I’ve worked with organisations like Google, and I love deep-diving into early-stage ventures — especially in biophilic innovation and biodesign.

I also teach sustainable economics and innovation as a lecturer and advise purpose-driven organisations on the B Corp journey, helping them integrate impact into everyday decision-making.

Most recently, I researched emerging cases on the future of organisational design for the Doughnut Economics Action Lab, exploring how purpose can be put into practice.
