Narine Terzyan

Narine is an international development executive with extensive experience in economic development, sustainable growth, and innovative models for social impact across the Eastern Europe and Central Asia region. Currently she holds the position of Executive Director of IRIS Business Incubator Foundation, where she is responsible for operational management and development of incubation and acceleration programs for entrepreneurs all over Armenia. With over 18 years of experience in the field, she has led and contributed to diverse economic development programs supporting early-stage entrepreneurs, from grassroots incubation to acceleration initiatives. Notably, she have worked with displaced and underrepresented communities, ensuring access to tools, mentorship, and developed different financing mechanisms that proved to be successful. Also she is an experienced trainer in strategy, pitching, investment readiness, negotiations.
