Leon has worked on both ends corporate and startup throughout his career. In an IT startup in Germany, as well as at Mercedes-Benz in the Open Innovation team. Since march 2023 Leon joined the Open Innovation Service team at Plug and Play focusing on innovation advisory services and venture building.
