Katja Wessling

I’m an international executive with experience guiding leadership teams and organisations through innovation, sustainability, and workforce transformations. Currently, I lead two teams that deliver two executive leadership programs for the Swedish government in 34 countries worldwide, including Ukraine. These programmes encompass entrepreneurs and executives in large businesses.

In the past, I’ve worked for Fortune 500 firms such as Roche/Genentech and Hewlett-Packard, as well as renowned design agencies such as IDEO, Frog, and Ustwo. I also led efforts for startups, innovation hubs, universities, NGOs, and government entities, including Impact Startup Norway, Nana Bianca Italy, Cleantech in Sweden, Malmö University, Hyper Island, KaosPilot University and Malmo University. My latest hobby, is creating a pod focused on non-western models for leadership.
