Kevwe Jefia

Kevwe Jefia is the Investments and Venture Support Lead at Impact Hub Lagos, where she drives the organization’s venture support and investment strategy, leads incubator and accelerator programs, and manages the investor network and investment advisory function for founders.

With deep experience scouting and supporting early-stage startups across Africa and Europe, she has played a significant role in strengthening innovation ecosystems across both regions. She partnered with government and private-sector stakeholders on the nationwide adoption of the Nigeria Startup Act and has worked with several European ecosystem builders and venture communities to advance cross-border investment and support for African founders.

Kevwe brings additional depth from her experience at a female-focused venture capital fund and from serving on the Executive Committee of A&A Collective, a pan-African network of 500+ investors. In this role, she led strategic partnerships for major investor convenings such as GITEX Africa, Women Who Build Africa, the Moonshot Conference, and Africa Tech Summit — catalyzing increased capital flows into impactful ventures.

A two-time founder supported by organizations including the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women, the Africa Innovation Fellowship, the Nigeria Economic Summit Group, and others, she blends a founder–operator perspective with strong investment and ecosystem leadership.

Her work sits at the intersection of innovation, investment, and policy — advancing sustainable and inclusive growth through ecosystem building, founder support, and capital mobilization.
