Hermes Arriaga Sierra

I am a father, an entrepreneur, business innovator and a nixtamal tortilla making master. With a degree in engineering and a Master’s in Environmental Economics, I take advantage of over 15 years of experience advising and mentoring startups and SMEs worldwide to help you decide, strategize or plan your next step.

I help international organizations (big and small) with their strategic thinking. I hold spaces for them to co-create sustainable businesses and facilitate their transition towards better business practices. My approach is always user-focused, seeking innovative and efficient solutions to problems.

As an Art of Hosting practitioner (since 2011), Lego Serious Play facilitator, Design Thinking practitioner (since 2013) and driven by entrepreneurial spirit (and practice), I bring a diverse skill set to your business challenges, helping you crack into new market, build a new product or define a new business direction. I facilitate complex processes and business transformations while you focus on the rest.

As a full-fledged human being with a passion for kind people and Mother Nature, I understand the importance of human connections and well-being practices. Don’t be surprised if I try to sneak a walk in the forest or a hike up the mountain into our collaboration—neither you nor your team will regret it.
