We are happy to share the results and key achievements of startups at international conferences
The spring and summer season was truly eventful. Our startups took part in seven significant events where they successfully presented their projects on the international stage. This period has brought new achievements, contacts, and opportunities that pave the way for global success.
At TechChill in Riga, startup Generect received a $1.8 million exit offer and established technical ties with two leading companies. StackBooster held more than 15 meetings with investors and made more than 40 product presentations.
The Latitude59 conference in Tallinn gave our delegation the opportunity to present their projects at the Google Pitching Stage in front of a large audience and an investor jury. A landmark event was the victory of Beholder, which, having been selected from 523 international startups, was among the top 5 finalists for presentation on the main stage of the event. This brought the team an investment of 600,000 euros.
At Viva Technology in Paris, Ukrainian startups discussed further cooperation with leading global companies and investment funds, including LVMH, DPD, IBM, and others. Participants also attended a master class from the Mazars X Factory acceleration program, where they learned about the French tech ecosystem together with Women Business Angels, and took part in the Startup Focus in the EaP Region by Expertise France. Ukrainian companies BIMP, Deus Robotics, and Easy Peasy were among 10 startups from Georgia, Moldova, and Armenia to present their innovative solutions at the Pitch Contest.
During London Tech Week 2024, our startups held about 300 meetings during the three days of the conference, talked to representatives of leading media such as Bloomberg, BBC, bne IntelliNews, and told about the Ukrainian tech ecosystem. Some companies even received offers to open offices in the UK and enter the British market.
At the Nexus 2050 conference in Luxembourg, dedicated to artificial intelligence, sustainable development, cybersecurity, financial technologies, and talent development, Ukrainian teams presented their projects and got acquainted with the Luxembourg innovation ecosystem. They also visited the House of Startups and met with key market players.
The ChangeNOW 2024 conference in Paris brought together sustainability leaders who are tackling global environmental challenges and investing in solutions for the planet. Our startups successfully presented their projects and made their own stands.
The Hello Tomorrow summit in France has become an important event for entrepreneurs, investors, corporations, accelerators, and researchers in the deep tech sector. Ukrainian startups demonstrated the use of advanced technologies to ensure human health and preserve the planet.
Participation in the events was one more proof that Ukrainian startups are capable of reaching incredible heights in the international arena. Thanks to their hard work, innovative solutions, and courage to move forward, they are opening new horizons, strengthening the image of our country, and contributing to the global tech ecosystem. There are even more opportunities ahead, and we are confident that our startups will continue to conquer the world with their ideas and achievements.
