Driven by a passion for innovation, Laura joined the US health ventures team at Plug and Play, where she sources and analyzes health tech startups for investment and supports Plug and Play Health Corporate Partners with their innovation needs.

He is always eager to review companies with science-backed technologies and business models that align with sustainability goals.

Arthur is a venture capital professional, focusing on early-stage investments. He also advises top-tier corporations globally on integrating technology into their operations and leveraging startup collaborations to enhance their innovation strategies.

Throughout his career, Arthur has held different positions at BNP Paribas in Singapore and Deloitte in France, where he was involved in consulting, strategic evaluations, and M&A.

Sustainability Investor

Agata studied Chemistry for Drug Discovery in the UK, followed by a multidisciplinary PhD at the Max Planck Institute (intersection of biochemistry and material science). After finishing her PhD, she worked at a Berlin-based fund, focusing on cleantech and healthtech solutions before joining Plug and Play’s sustainability investment team. She was also a regional Lead of Programs for Nucleate Germany and is currently a mentor at the Foresight Institute.

Open Innovation Analyst

Leon has worked on both ends corporate and startup throughout his career. In an IT startup in Germany, as well as at Mercedes-Benz in the Open Innovation team. Since march 2023 Leon joined the Open Innovation Service team at Plug and Play focusing on innovation advisory services and venture building.
